How will it all Work???
On
Sunday, April 13th, 2014, Guests will
Arrive at 2:30 pm at Paramount Ranch. Park in the Large Parking lot (Free & Ample parking) and head to the First Foot bridge to the Right where you will be checked in on the Official Guest List and this is where you can purchase a
Food Voucher ($10 per meal, Cash Only please) unless you already have one ~ If you already have one be SURE to bring it!
The Ceremony will be to your left under the Huge Magical Oak Tree. You can head over the small Footbridge and take your seat. Remember to sign the Guest Book Please!!!
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm where Tony & Karen will say their Vows and Tie the Knot! The Sypher Knights will be there in full regalia to help you find a seat and Be sure to check out the "Warming of the Rings" at the small footbridge. Seating is "Community Style" first rows will be clearly marked and reserved for immediate family, then feel free to sit anywhere else Bride or Groom side ~
Directly after the Vows, Guests will head over for some
Refreshments in the Western Town where you and your group can take fun pictures in front of the Famous Western Town facades with all your friends and families as you grab a refreshing drink at the Bar. Frolic there for 15 to 20 minutes as we shift the party to the Reception just beyond the Western Town at the Large Covered Pavilion where the food trucks will be ready and waiting to serve you.
Also, In the Western Town near the bar there will be tables with menus on them. Circle your choices on the
"Menu Order Sheets" and have it out and ready to hand to the food truck of your choice with your Food Voucher. Don't forget to put your Name on them both! This will keep the food flowing hotter and faster so everyone is fed, full and ready to Frolic & Dance the night away in a timely manner! Feel free at anytime after the ceremony to
grab a chair(s) from the ceremony area and carry it over to the reception area~
The Plough Boys will be rocking this event Musically as well as T
he Electric Bull! (Yes, You can Dance the night away AND have a go at it on The Electric Bull, all on the same night!!! So, feel free to bring a change of clothes to enjoy all the Fun Festivities~
....AND BRING A FLASHLIGHT! Its gonna get dark and we have extra lighting but please bring your own Flashlight to navigate safely to your car AND As Tony and Karen leave we will send them off with ... A FLICKERING FLASHLIGHT FAREWELL!!!!!
